Loggin OnTurn to a new page in your USS Biz Trek log and title it "Quality Control." Make three columns and label them Good, Better, and Best. Think about the product(s) you sell. List all of their best features. Then list the better and good features. Are you offering your customers a product that is heavy in good and better, but light on the best? Concentrate on the Good list. What can you do to improve quality and move some of those features to the Better list?
